Bleh Blogs!!

Hi everyone!! I'm having lots of you guys emailing me about blog shop that you have had horrible experiences with. I going to post one of your emails up with not one but a few horrible experiences from the same blogshop. Take a look:

I'm writing reguarding what you posted on your blog, the one where we can email our experiences with horrible blog shops. Anyway, here is my story:
I went to this blog shop we-lovemilk. Its run by a bunch of school girls and they know nothing about running a proper business!! First of all, they claim to check all items before giving it to their customers, but when I got my geek specs, the lenses were both badly scratched!! And the rings I ordered where not the same as the pictures on their site and had a weird smell. I also placed an order for FBTs a while back, wait, more of a LONG while back, and after waiting for it for so long, I emailed them and they said they stop supplying!! What kind of shit is this?! And then they say they did not receive my order, when they clearly replied to the email reguarding the order. In fact, they replied: ' Ok, sure. We got your order' They clearly do not know how to run a business!! Never have I seen any blog shop owner just say they stop supplying and did not inform the customers who placed orders for it. Also, I had a friend who ordered cartoon tees from them. She sent an email with the product details, size, and clearly stated she did not want to wait for capping, so she was willing to pay the extra $2. However, those so called 'owners' of the 'blogshop' did not even reply to her email, not even a 'Ok. Order received' So my friend went to another blogshop and bought from them. After like 2 months, she got an email from the 'blogshop owners' They told her that the capping for the cartoon tees were done. The moment my friend read that email, she went furious! She replied to their email, saying that first of all, she ordered the item 2 months ago and they did not even reply to that email telling her that they received her order. Secondly, she told them that she CLEARLY stated she did not want capping. But all the so called owners of this blogshop did was ask her how she was going to pay: through bank transfer or meet up. Personally, I think that they are just driven to make money. Like other blogshop I bought from, they sell everything so much cheaper than in retailers in Singapore. Of course, some stuff are slightly expensive cos they can't just be making losses all the time, but when you meet up with the owners to collect the product and make payment, you can just see that they opened a blogshop to meet new people and make people happy. Many of the previous blogshop owners I bought from are now really close friends with me. But I think the owners  of we-lovemilk will never be like that. Some people may not take my advice now and continue buying from them, but sooner or later you will eventually receive their crappy service which they try to cover up.
